Think it is as a ray gun that only does damage when it is on top of the target, like Neon ult without hs damage, something pretty common on quake like game or some characters of overwatch (Specially Zara). Tracking is following an object at the same speed of that object, compensating by the angle of the object at one specific point. The one I dislike the most is the glasses or that big ass cross that takes up like 1/3 of the screen.
